Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund policy for packages last 5 or more days

• Cancellations received within 48 hours (or more) of departure will incur a penalty of 10% of the total package price.
• Cancellations received within 24 hours or less of departure will incur a penalty of 20% per person.
• We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers for sudden or emergency situation not in our control.
